Meet the Family Behind the Flavour

Founded in 2012 out of a desire to reduce milk waste, our journey into cheese-making began on a kitchen stove and quickly grew into a thriving family business. With guidance from a seasoned French cheesemaker, we honed our craft and expanded our operations, building custom equipment and cheese trailers. Today, our small team—comprised of my wife Christine, our two sons Travis and Kelvin, and myself—proudly produces a variety of handcrafted cheeses, including white, orange, and marble cheddar, along with six unique flavors. Committed to minimizing food waste, we also offer packaging services to ensure every batch of cheese is aged to perfection before reaching your home.
